Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- ⅔ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 16 slider rolls, halved
- Pepper Jack Cheese slices (or cheese of choice)
- 6 leaves butter lettuce, roughly torn
Instructions
- In a small skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the buffalo sauce. Remove from the heat.
- Place shredded chicken in a large bowl. Add the sauce and toss to coat.
- Build sliders with the chicken mixture, cheese and lettuce.
